Our role is focused on international buyer education, information and initial property enquiries. Insiders of Dubai and its appropriately licensed Dubai property professionals provide the Dubai-side property infrastructure and transaction support.

How a referral works
- You use the education, guides and calculators here at no cost and with no obligation
- If you would like to see current opportunities, you request a shortlist or send an enquiry
- Where appropriate, your enquiry and relevant requirements may be shared with Insiders of Dubai and/or its relevant Dubai property professionals so they can assist with current property opportunities
- Property-specific discussions, documentation, reservation and completion are handled on the Dubai side by appropriately licensed professionals
Commercial disclosure
Dubai Property Compass may receive a referral commission or other commercial benefit where an introduced enquiry results in a completed transaction through the partner network.
Any commission is paid by the partner, not added to your purchase price by us. You are not charged a fee by Dubai Property Compass for educational content, the calculators, or a shortlist request. This commercial relationship does not mean that any particular property is suitable for every buyer.
What we are not
Dubai Property Compass is an international property education and referral platform. It is not a Dubai brokerage, a RERA-licensed brokerage, a UAE-regulated property company, or a financial, tax, legal or immigration adviser. It does not conduct regulated property transactions in the UAE or hold client funds. Neha is not described as RERA-licensed and does not act in that capacity.
Dubai-side activity is carried out by appropriately licensed Dubai property professionals, who are responsible for their own licensing and regulatory compliance in the UAE.
Why we disclose this
Because a recommendation means very little if you do not know how the person making it is paid. Knowing that a commission may be involved lets you weigh what you are told and seek your own independent advice.
A property appearing on this platform does not mean it is suitable for every buyer.
Property prices, availability, payment plans, service charges, development timelines and regulations can change. Buyers should independently verify information before making a commitment.
