• Correspondence you send us by email or WhatsApp
• Questions you type into the educational question guide
• Usage information: pages viewed, calculator and comparison tool interactions, referring website and campaign parameters
• Standard technical information such as approximate location derived from your connection, device and browser type

Information submitted through a form is stored securely and used to respond to your enquiry and to manage it through to a conclusion. Providing your details does not commit you to anything.

When you email hello@nvconnect.uk or message us on WhatsApp, the content of that conversation is retained so we can respond and keep a record of what was discussed. WhatsApp is operated by a third party under its own privacy terms.

This site uses only what is necessary to operate, together with basic first-party measurement of how pages and tools are used. We do not sell your data or run third-party advertising trackers. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site will continue to function.

We record aggregate events such as page views, calculator starts and completions, comparison tool use, article views, AI questions, shortlist requests and clicks through to WhatsApp or email. This tells us which content is useful. Events are stored with the page path and, where available, the campaign or referring source.

Enquiries are managed in a private internal dashboard accessible only to authorised administrators. We record the stage of the conversation, the date of last contact, the next action and internal notes so that nothing is lost between conversations.

Dubai Property Compass is an international education and referral platform affiliated with Insiders of Dubai. Where you have asked to see current property opportunities, or where your enquiry is one we cannot answer with education alone, we may share your enquiry and the relevant requirements you have given us — typically your name, contact details, budget, purpose, property preferences and timescale — with Insiders of Dubai and/or its relevant Dubai property professionals so that they can assist you.

This involves a transfer of your information outside the UK, to the United Arab Emirates. We share only what is needed to help with your enquiry, and only where it is appropriate to do so. If you would prefer that your enquiry is not shared, tell us in your message or email hello@nvconnect.uk and we will keep it with us. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to unrelated marketing.

Dubai Property Compass may receive a referral commission or other commercial benefit where an introduced enquiry results in a completed transaction through the partner network.

We rely on your consent when you submit an enquiry, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving an educational website and responding to people who contact us. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a longer period is required by law. Aggregate analytics are retained in a form that does not identify you.

Information is stored in access-controlled systems with row-level access rules, so enquiry records can only be read by authorised administrators. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
